The 57th Karlovy Differ Worldwide Movie Pageant (June 30 – July 8) got here to an in depth this night with an awards ceremony that bestowed two key prizes to modern Bulgarian drama Blaga’s Classes (Urotcite Na Blaga) by director Stephan Komandarev.

Works in Progress is a platform for function and documentary movies within the post-production or late-production stage from Central and Jap Europe, the Balkans, the previous Soviet Union, the Center East, and North Africa, which can premiere after the Karlovy Differ IFF. A complete of 11 initiatives have been pitched. The winner was awarded a prize consisting of post-production providers from UPP and Soundsquare. Moreover, two initiatives have been awarded 5,000 EUR every for his or her additional growth, one sponsored by TRT Sinema and one by Barrandov Studio.
